Wraparound Care at Blair Peach Primary School

We have been looking into how best to support our parents in providing care for your children before and after school.
OHM Coaching offer schools a wraparound care service for the beginning and end of the school day during term time, from 7:30am to 8.30am and 3.20pm to 6.00pm. This service will be provided on our school premises.

To make sure your child receives his/her flu immunisation, please click on the following link and complete the information Flu Vaccination Consent Form.

Please read through the Information Leaflet and then follow the instructions to give your consent for your child to receive their flu immunisation. The Immunisation Team would like you to complete this form even if you do not wish your child to receive this vaccine.
